As I explained at least 5 times in chat, that proof doesn't exist and I would for sure be leaving a review and let people know how all this played out. About a week later the agent emails me asking if I have that proof yet. So I ended up buying the full version from the site angrily but I needed it for a specific project really quickly and didn't have time to waste. I sent pics and solid exlanation and it was on deaf ears. There is no account linked to wondershare or any transaction ID you can get. She insisted I need my email and this and that and transaction ID (which was years ago) but apple does not supply that information on app store purchases. So I did and ended up in a chat with a completely clueless representative. Send a picture of your transaction to this email, etc. They put a disclaimer in the app that says if you want the full version you need to use the website download. After a while it was disabled in order to stay in the app store. I bought this app when it still had the downloader.
