I've not used it or looked at it much, so I can't comment on it. There is also the original Pixelmator app that is 5 and is I guess a competitor to Affinity. Now that multiple files can be selected at once and dragged into the app for focus stacking, HDR, or creating panoramas, the workflow has become more streamlined. If Affinity goes on sale I'll likely pick it up. A single application license for macOS: one for each application Designer, Photo, and Publisher. Serif believes that the new update will allow iPad users to treat the Affinity Photo app much like they would on Mac or Windows.
